We are taking Ticket Reservations for all events.

Thank you for your interest in getting tickets.

1. We prefer that you buy your tickets over the internet.
2. If this is not an option for you, call 315-209-1029 or 315-374-1570 to purchase your tickets or get your name on our RSVP List.
3. Gift certificate holders MUST call the numbers above to RSVP. 
4. Please have a credit card handy for ALL RSVPs and purchases.
5. There are NO Retail Ticket Locations.
6. Most trips have room for walk-ups, however, we board reserved and ticketed passengers first.
7. If you need to CANCEL your reservations, ticket sales are NON-refundable. Your cancelled tickets can be EXCHANGED for another ride. Please call 315-209-1029 for cancellation and ticket transfer clarification.

Walk-ups/Last Minute Reservations

Seating may be available to allow for walk-ups, or last minute passengers, at the boarding location just prior to the excursion. Walk-up seats are NOT guaranteed, however, you can call for last minute ticket availability on the Ticket Phone (315) 374-1570. Please leave a detailed message if you need more help.
