Tickets

Tickets must be purchased online or by phone.

Please read the following information and then click on the EXCURSIONS above or see the list of upcoming trips below.

1. A BUY TICKETS NOW Link for online sales will be available in the Excursion Description or in the list of events below.
2. If this is not an option for you, call 315-374-1570 to purchase your tickets.
3. Gift certificate holders MUST call the numbers above to RSVP. 
   Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
4. Please have a credit card availble for ALL ticket purchases.
5. There are NO Retail Ticket Locations.
6. Most trips have room for walk-ups, however, we board reserved and ticketed passengers first.
7. If you need to CANCEL your reservations, ticket sales are NON-refundable. Your cancelled tickets can be EXCHANGED for another ride. Please call 315-374-1570 for cancellation and ticket transfer clarification.

Walk-ups/Last Minute Reservations

Seating may be available to allow for walk-ups, or last minute passengers, at the boarding location just prior to the excursion. Walk-up seats are NOT guaranteed, however, you can call for last minute ticket availability on the Ticket Phone (315) 374-1570. Please leave a detailed message if you need more help.
