Tickets

At this time, ALL ticket reservations must be made before the event. Depending on the sponsor of the event, there may be different local ticketing locations noted in the description of the event. You must RSVP or have a physical ticket in hand before boarding the train. Gift certificate holders are also asked to RSVP. Some trips have room for walk-ups. This is determined at boarding time.

Reservations

To RSVP, contact us. Please be sure your message includes your name, phone number, number of tickets, date and time of trip. Your message will constitute a confimed spot on our reservation list. If we are sold out, we will call back to deny confirmation and ask if you would like to be added to a waiting list.

Payment

We hold tickets for will-call at the boarding location. Payment is due at that time. We ask for a 24-hour courtesy call to cancel reservations. We accept cash or check at boarding. Credit payments should be submitted over the phone when confirming your reservation.

Walk-ups

Tickets may still be available for walk-ups at the boarding location, but this is rare. For last minute ticket availability, call us on the date of the event.
