New York Central Historical Society Convention Special
The Finger Lakes Railway operated an excursion on the former New York Central Auburn Road between Canandaigua, NY and Solvay, NY on Saturday, April 18th as part of the 2009 New York Central System Historical Society Convention that was held in Geneva, NY on April 16th-19th. Passengers were bused from Geneva to Canandaigua where they boarded three of the FGLK’s coaches named Cayuga, Canandaigua, and Seneca (ex-VIA) led by FGLK GP9 #1751 (ex-Buffalo & Pittsburg 207). Photo run-by stops included Shortsville, Clifton Springs, and Cayuga, and station stops included Geneva Yard and the Martisco Station Railway Museum.There are 7 images in this gallery
